SABC TV Licence Renewals Demanding Fees Unjustly

SABC TV Licence Renewals sent me an email on 28 March 2023 asking me to pay my TV Licence *** by 31 March 2023. I rep**** via email to SABC TV Licence Renewals on 28 March informing them that I do not own a working TV since 20 May 2022.. My TV and TV connection broke after the April 2022 storm. Being a pensioner and widowed I'm financially unable to fix or buy a new TV since May 2022. SABC TV Licence Renewals responded on 6th April 2023 via email of which I could not timeously receive due to poor internet. I then telephonically called SABC TV Licence Renewal on 12 April 2023 to follow up. The assisting agent requested a signed and certified affidavit for cancelation of my TV Licence in that call. I then acquired an signed and certified affidavit from my local police station on 22-04-2023 and sent this requirement via email in April 2023 to SABC TV Licence Renewals. SABC TV is still sending numerous harassing reminders demanding that I pay the TV Licence Renewal fee despite my informing them with the signed and certified affidavit that I do not own a working TV neither do I have a TV connection. Moreover SABC TV Licence Renewals is adding on an interest rate to the unpaid fee every month. Seriously can this matter be resolved justly please!
