SABC TV LICENCE RENEWAL

Our TV licence fell due for renewal last year. we have two TV licence accounts, We accidently paid both to the same account. in December 2019 we advised SABC TV LICENCE renewal of our error. We have been handed over for collection to Hahn Collections. we have notified them of the request to amend the error and reverse the charges. WELL todate they have sent no less that 6 notifications of the debt and none regarding the amendment of the account!!!!!!
