SABC TV Licence Refund

In March 2023 my wife paid for a TV license and by mistake when she was paying R295 she added two zeros and ended up paying R29500 we reached out to SABC tvlic and they promised to refund us in 6-8 weeks. On the 8th week, we call the call center and we were informed that our email request disappeared on the system and we will need to wait for another 8 weeks. In my opinion this is an absolute nonsense and this level of incompetence is just unacceptable.
