Sabc tv licence monthly fees now????

I paid my tv licence in full 3 months ago and now i am getting smsses saying i owe R97 and when i call the call centre a very rude lady Dudu or Gugu told me its R73.My tv licence accumulated R97 after paid in full???Sabc is already making us pay too much 4 the licence now its accumulating money on monthly basis????
