SABC TV Licence is trash

I have been saying I paid my TV licence at Pick n Pay via two transactions as I had paid a lesser amount on the14/02/2020 then when I went to buy a TV at Makro I then discovered that I had to pay more and I did at Pick n Pay on the 15/02/2020. I am not pleased with being sent back and forth because Pick n Pay said the money was not reversed, they do not have the rights to do so.

How was I able to buy a TV at Makro on the 15/02/2020 if I still owed? I am not satisfied with how this is being handled. I paid my TV license late and paid an amount that was inclusive of the penalty fee.

Please terminate my TV license with immediate effect, I will not be victimised and bul**** by SABC. I will not pay a TV license that I've already paid.
