SABC TV Licence Ignorance

I won't even give SABC TV Licence 1 star, but seeing that I can't continue until I have rated them, they get 1 star. After numerous telephone calls, threatening SMS and email messages from SABC, I still cannot get a debit order form out of them for the annual TV licence renewal. And although it can be paid at most retailers, the point is you guys suck, and is VERY quick to threaten people with legal action. All the TV channels are useless and boring.
