SABC TV LICENCE I HAVE NEVER POSESSED!!!!!!!

<p>I have been receiving threats from numerous collectors re a TV licence I have never owned, for the past 18 years. I have a signed affidavit from the SAPS stating thus. The licence belonged to my ex husand and was in his name. At the time they came to one's house asking for licences he was overseas and the licence was in his safe. The man must have written my name and now I have been fighting them all these years and still received debt collectors notices etc. I have spent hours on the phones talking to the call centre staff with no relief!!! Such bad service is ridiculous! I will not pay something I do not have!!! EVER !!! In my house is a TV and the licence is in my daughter's name. I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE IN MY NAME!!</p>
