SABC TV Licence, HARRASSMENT

To whom it may concern

I pay my TV licence yearly and althour the payment is made SABC KEEPS SENDING ME THE MESSAGES with Escalating amounts. To Date i have paid R450,50. Its worse because I pay DSTV which when defaulted i do not have any service. Could you please assist.
