Sabc Tv Licence harrasment emails and sms's after cancellation of 10 years!!

I received an email today stating that I owe SABC R4000+ due to not paying a tv license. I purchased a tv license in 2009, to which I then sold it again in 2012. Till then the tv license was paid up, and thereafter enquired on cancelling, to which Rejoice Lunga sent me the documentation to complete. (Affidavit). This was then filled in and sent back to Rejoice Lunga, who acknowledge the receipt of cancellation. (we are talking about 10 years ago now).. From that time in the same year my husband purchased another tv and took out a tv license. He has been paying it ever since. For the past year I have been receiving emails that I owe SABC outstanding money for the tv license I cancelled. The only reason for this is due to *********** people working at SABC!!! Its sick! Go check your records and stop harassing me! Our SABC license has always been payed and up to date. Lets not talk about people that don't have tv licenses but have tvs in their homes.!!!!
