SABC TV Licence harassing clients

I notified SABC that I'm immigrating to New Zealand and will no longer own a TV in South Africa. I even emailed them my residence Visa as proof of my circumstances that changed. Nontheless they keep harassing me about my unpaid TV licence. I've had it!
