<p>Apparently there are two individuals, both with African surnames so definitely not us, that have purchased TV licences on my wife's ID number. Both are in arrears. </p> <p>We intend laying a case of ***** / Identity Theft with SAPS</p> <p> </p> <p>Please explain that one, SABC??</p> <p> </p>
