Sabc Tv Licence don't communicate or reply on any emails

<p>Sabc send me an email a couple of months ago, stating I am behind on my tv licence. I rep**** to their email , I send another one to ********** I get an acknowlegement of receiving the email, but nobody replies. I even send an email to their debt collectors that responded :</p> <p> </p> <p>"Good day</p> <p>Please be advised that your SABC TV licence account paid and closed on the 24/08/2015.</p> <p>Account was send back to the SABC. "</p> <p> </p> <p>So nobody is really having a clue what is going on.</p> <p> </p> <p>And the longer they take to resolve the issue, the more they penalise me for not paying?</p> <p> </p> <p>What can I do ? Must I cancel and get rid of my tv set ?</p> <p> </p>
