SABC Tv Licence Dept harrassing me

I 'purchased' a TV licence in 2012 in order to buy a TV. I received a temporary licence and I was promised an actual licence. In 2013 i received an sms demanding payment for my licence, of which i had not yet received. In 2014 i sold my TV because i was at university and i needed to buy my textbooks. That year i got anther sms demanding payment for that year. I contacted customer care to inform them that i no longer own a tv or a monitor of any sort - i proceeded to completing an affidavit stating this and forwarded it to them. At this time i was assured that i will not need to make any further payments. It is now 2018 and every year without fail they continue demanding payments and adding "penalties" saying : "FINAL NOTICE: MR ####### despite numerous reminders, no payment was received on TV licence ###### bal. R2631.00. Pay affordable instalments TODAY at Easypay REF: #####" and i am over it. I moved back to live with my parents and they own their own licence. I am apart of their household and the TV i now own is their old tv. Please can someone help me get sabc off my case.
