SABC TV LICENCE AND VVM

Im currently harassed by now so called VVM debt collectors, i bought my first tv more than 5yrs ago and the store opened a tv license for me because they couldn't release the tv without a license then when i got home i realized my husband has a license way before we even got married then i submitted my husband tv license o the department via fax that i was given then, Then a year or 2 after i received the call from the license department to say i owe them i told them i thought it was cancelled hence i was never call before but the lady asked me to resubmit gave me a fax number and i did that now after 5yrs im told i owe license for R2500 . and the VVM agents are so rude not even willing to listen all im told is you owe you have to pay.
