SABC TV LICENCE AND NUDEBT COLLECTIONS

blacklisting me for R71. my tv licence has been paid and my penalty for paying it late. then afterwards i am sent a further charge of R71. i reqeusted this be explained and justified, otherwise why should i pay it. i am now sick and tired of this fighting with myself, ha ha ha ha because phoning and emailing sabc or nudebt collections, does not work at all. and you might aswell be talking to a brick wall, you will get more joy. for nearly 8 months now i am trying to clarify my account and itc record regarding this R71. what the **** more do i do? who do i speak to? where can i go to? how can a company just be able to hand you over for blacklisting, if they do not do their ****ing jobs? before you hand your client over, you make sure you call and email and explain and help your client to understand what is going on on the account, AND EVEN MORE SO IF THE CLIENT HAS REPEATEDLY REQUESTED YOUR ASSISTANCE!!!!!!!!! if you have reached this point and your client has not paid and is an unreasonable idiot, then you can send for blacklisting BUT WHEN YOU ARE LAZY PATHETIC AND ****ING USELESS IN YOUR JOB and this is SABC and NUdebt Collections!!!!!! AND DOING SOMETHING YOU CLEARLY SHOULD NOT BE DOING, LIKE JUST ADDING EXTRA AMOUNTS OF MONEY ONTO STATEMENTS TO BE PAID. dont threaten me with blacklisting for ******* stuff you are doing, i am paying through my **** just to ****ing breathe every day, like every other south african, why in the ROYAL ****, should we just give our hard earned money away to someone that cant explain what it is for?????? PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW CAN SABC AND NUDEBT JUST BE ALLOWED TO DO WHAT THEY WANT TO, AND NOT HAVE TO ANSWER TO ANYONE???????
