SABC TV LICENCE

SABC TV Licence refuse to CANCEL our TV Licence after we notified them that Since November 2021 our TV set has been Permanently Out of Order, Broken. We cant watch TV because we don't have any working TV. We Paid our TV Licence in FULL, no outstanding fees. We completed their compulsory Affidavit/Solemn Declaration form, took the Affidavit to the Police Station for Commissioner of Oaths Stamp and Signature. I have Emailed them endlessly the Proof of Payment, the Affidavit form and that we request them to please Cancel/Close our TV Licence Account Permanently. But nobody is responding to my emails.
