SABC TV Licence accounts is *****ing my money!!!

They keep on phoning me to pay my tv license. I went online to pay them and I did. My account still shows i ow them the full amount. I wish i never paid them. I phoned them and emailed them my proof of payment and all they telling me is that i have not paid. These people are so unprofessional and useless. Please pray you never had a tv licence. Every time I email ********** I DONT GET ANY RESPONSE.
