SABC TV LICENCE

Last year i paid up all my outstanding of SABC tv licence and told them i no longer own a TV. Their debt collector told me that i will have to sent them email about that which i did. Boom today i just receive the email telling me that today is my last chance to pay a Tv licence, how do i pay something that i don't own or watch. i only use my laptop . Is there anyway to CANCEL SABC TV LICENCE? LICENCE ********** 77, TELL ********** 721
