Sabc t.v. licence

Good day

I received an sms saying that I should pay my TV licence by the 10th of this month ?? Why does SABC do this when taking out a TV licence do they not know the salary dates of the customers ??? Why do you'll accept payments when we don't have Money and we haven't been paid is there not a way where you'll can maybe move the payments to the date of the customers pay date my pay date is on the 20th of each month ... this is inconveniencing me ... please back to me with regards to the payment date
