SABC TV Licence

I keep getting sms from them stating that I failed to pay my TV Licence, they then quote a Number, which IS NOT my TV Licence number. I have rep**** to the SMS's and phoned them stating MY TV Licence number and was told that they would take my number off their system, which obviously did not happen. Now They have put a TRACE ALERT on me. I have given them my Number which they checked and it is up to date. This Number is the only TV Licence number I have ever had!
