SABC TV Licence

Although I paid my TV licence months ago I am being harassed daily by MBD Attorneys. They are looking for a Mr Potgieter and the more I tell them that I am not this person the more the calls continue. Each time they promise to correct the system and remove my cell phone number but the calls looking for this Mr Potgieter just go on and on. How inefficient can one attorney actually be. .
