SABC TV LIC Complaint

In April 2021, I notified SABC TV Lic that I have relocated and am unable to watch TV. I have since received numerous msg notifications to renew my TV licence and that late fee penalties will apply! I have sent numerous emails notifiying them of my situation - yet to no avail! Besides, I am a senior citizen, qualifiying for cheaper rates. I have however, paid the full amount for a year in advance, which should have been reduced - so actually, SABC TV Lic owes me money! I am of the opinion, and it is obvious to me that there is NO competent person at SABC TV Lic Dept. I have received threats, even stating that a trace will be put on my ID no! I have just yet again received a msg to pay my TV Lic! How much more appalling service, treatment and harrassment will they put me through before they catch a wake-up and get their house in order?????
