SABC TV HELL.

These people don't even deserve a star, they are worse than Cancer at this stage. I have requested Cancellation of my TV Licence multiple times for the last few years, I have sent them everything they requested, and have done what they've asked, but still, every year without fail, I get an email, renew and pay your TV Licence, for a TV I no longer have, that I haven't had for years now. Their contact us section is also a joke, as it just continously loads, when you try to send them a query or complaint, and no one is able to actually help, or give any actual, proper feedback, timescales, or any kind of resolution. I mean they don't actually render any actual service, as I never used my TV to watch TV anyway, my TV was strictly for gaming, but that's besides the point. So frustrated, angry and dissapointed with these people. And even though I paid my TV Licence for like 3 years, and didn't even have the TV at that stage anymore, which I've also told them, somehow I still have an amount outstanding? Worst people I have ever dealt with, even worse than Sars and Eskom, and that's saying something.
