SABC THEFT

Dec 2011 I paid my TV license as I do every year Dec. A year later I tried to buy a new TV and was told that I did not pay my 2011 TV license. I faxed proof of payment, was told that the money was received, but not yet allocated. Since Nov 2012 I've been sending e-mails, visiting the SABC in Auckland Park, dealt with their various legal representatives and still they refuse to simply look at their bank account. They confirm having received my faxed proof of payment and confirm that the account number and my reference number used is correct, but then do nothing further.<br> <br> 3 years, countless phone calls, e-mails and visits to their office later, they have still not traced the payment which did leave my bank account. They still get their legal people to constantly phone and e-mail me and try and threaten me with \further action". <br> <br> Clearly they stole my payment and is now trying bully tactics to try and get me to give up and just pay whatever arrears they say I owe. <br> <br> Mass legal action seems to be the only option now.
