SABC television license cancellation department is terrible

On 28th March I sent through a cancellation request to the cancellations department of SABC. This I did upon request of an agent with whom I spoke, prior to doing this. I was no longer in possession of a television of my own. I sent through a copy of my I.D. as well as a sworn affidavit from the police station, stating that I was no longer in possession of a television. Since then, I have been receiving final demands, threats to be black-listed and also e-mails from the SABC, requesting payment for my television license. I have approximately 30 e-mails that I have been sending to them and receiving from them. Their service is terrible.
