SABC SPAMS ME

I dont own a tv nor have I ever. I keep getting sms's from the SABC telling me to pay someone elses licence. There is not opt out message nothing to stop these messages. Its annoying for one and ******* to do things in this way. Please follow the law by providing an opt out number and stop spamming me.
