SABC services sucks: Unable to explain charges

The service from Sabc Tv Lic sucks big time. They gave me an amount to pay which I did in two instalments as per arrangement made with them. After making the last payment I was contacted the next week to inform me that I owe more money, which I asked them to explain to me, which they couldn't. Today I contacted them again and spoke to a lady who basically told me that she do not know, whenever I asked her a question regarding the amount. I requested her to get me her supervisor---FATIMA-- to explain to me how they get to the amount. Fatima basically told her that she must send me the statement because she is not going to take my call and she don't want to help her as she was going on tea at 09H45. I asked the lady how am I going to understand the statement if she cant even read the statement herself. I also wanted to know what the chances will be to get another call from them to say that I owe them more money as it happened the first time, when they gave me an amount to pay which I did but discovered a week later that there was more money outstanding. People like FATIMA thinks that they are doing people a favour, her unwillingness to assist is actually a shame on the rest of her colleagues in the industry. When I asked for the email address of Fatima's superiors I was told that they don't have that information and was supp**** with the normal email address.
