SABC refuses to cancel for the past 3 years!

My boyfriends mother bought a tv for him years ago. He decided to gift it in 2019 to friend who had a child about 6 at the time and wanted to use it for her to watch movies. He gave it away. I told the SABC that I didnt have the tv anymore plus it wasnt even my tv. In 2021 I paid the tv licence and told them to cancel it because I did not have the tv they refused. To date- they are emailing me and calling me. So much has changed since then, I am back In Cape Town and have no tv to my name. I refuse to pay for this tv licence and now they have handed me over to Hahns collection agency. Such a bunch of disrespectful rude individuals, they said i must pay it first then they will cancel it. I refuse! I will not pay for something i do not have. Its like going to the Shop and paying for groceries you dont ever get. Hahns Collection: ***
