Sabc Refund

I paid my TV license using the easy pay method. I didnt get a successful screen which meant I tried again. This continued 4 times until eventually I received a message saying I was successful.

On reviewing my Credit Card statement for the month I noticed I had been billed 4 seperate times.

I have requested a refund but to date have not heard anything. I cannot afford to just have R2000+ credit. And need the refund!
