SABC Online TV license payment broken

I logged onto the SABC tv licence website and I paid my TV licence. After paying, the website closed down. I opened it again and it says I have not paid and I still owe the money. I have contacted my bank and they confirmed that I have paid and that the money went to the SABC. I'm definitely not paying a second time!

Why is my account not reflecting the payment.
