SABC NOT RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS ADVISING PROOF OF PAYMENT

Good day Please see the attached document as proof of payment. I am continually getting SMS's stating that I must pay my TV licence, it has now increased from R74.00 to R96.20. I have dealt with Ayanda (below), Mompati and also Sylvia Tladi . I get no response from anyone telling me that the licence has in fact been paid. Please can someone in your department sort this matter out as I am either having to waste money on phone calls or my time emailing your department. Regards.
