SABC MONEY MAKING TACT!!!!

I was notified in July for renewal of my tv license, however I immediately contacted sabc to inform them I no longer have a T.V. I was then asked to do an affidavit and send it through, which I did. I then received another reminder of the outstanding sum. I had to call and email the affidavit about 4 times in total which then the reminders stopped. A few days ago I received a message from Nudebt Collections to say I have been handed over for collection and the amount increased to R397 odd which I need to settle. I called Nudebt to explain they said that sabc received my affidavit late and I would still have to settle the amount owing. I have reported the same to icasa which I am currently awaiting feedback on the way forward on this matter.
