SABC LICENSE DE NEEDS MONEY AND OVERCHARGE PEOPLE AND GETTING INTREST

First they email you a statment you make a payment then you charge you again in August for 'n tv licence and then then they have the email to say a final TV Licence - Final Notice to Pay ********** 02?????? PHONE CALLS EMAILS NOTHING IS SORTED OUT. IT SEEMS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THE SABC NEEDS MONEY????? AND THE WAY IS TO ASK INTREST AND OVER CHARGE PEOPEL AND TRYING TO GETTING MORE MONEY FOR THE LOSSES! Dear Ms Snyman We apologise for the delay in response.
