SABC Licencing is useless!

Wish I didn’t have to give even 1star! My daughter left SA in NOVEMBER 2021, for 10 years. She gave us her tv. We got affidavit signed by commissioner of oaths, and sent her 10 year visa, etc, everything they asked for. It’s been emailed to them numerous times. Once they rep**** asking for affidavit, which I sent again. Never any answer. Today I received sms saying her license is due for renewal! I give up, they can send debt collectors to USA.
