SABC Licence - Spam or ****?

I am being harassed with daily calls, whats apps and smses from SABC stooges. Every time I request a hard copy bill in my postbox, an official email with co letterhead or an email bill I can pay at Pick n Pay . Instead, a company calls ME on my cell phone, refuses to identify itself and insists I identify myself with my ID number. I quote the PoPI Act, they quote it back. I cannot make them understand that you cannot expect me to give out my ID number to an unidentified private cell phone number or a disembodied call-in. Can SABC please contact me so I can pay my 2019 subscription ?
