SABC - Licence issues

This must be one of the worst entities to deal with when you want to update details. I had two companies contact me last year (2020) about an outstanding license fee. According to them, I am living in the Cape (never lived there), after a lot of explaining and confirming, I was told it has been sorted, wrong person and they will update the records accordingly. If they did the SABC did not update their records. This year I get a third company contacting me for the same (Revco, ***). After an email exchange of information, I again get a reminder from this company that I owe the SABC money. Note: I do not live in SA, I do not have a physical or postal address in SA.
