Sabc licence

For the last 2 weeks I send 3 mails with Affidavit, copy of my passport, with proof that I was living for the last 20 years in Germany. 20 years ago I had a TV with a licence, afther that I left to Germany. Now I want to buy a TV and register for a licence, was declined, becouse according to sabc I am R8500 in arrears. I have no idea about that. Today my advocate had to phone them and ask why their dont answer my mails, läßt one 7 days ago. The answer is sorry. 3rd World, that is why sabc is in Dept, no Control to run it.
