SABC joining TV Licence for people while they do not know.

SABC is sending me email saying i am owing them and i have never app**** for a TV licence but used my card to pay for a friend who produced a licence before buying the TV. I Told this to many people who called me and they went ahead taking to their lawyers of which i also told them the truth but keep on sending me their invoices, they started by saying i owe them 200 ans to date is somewhere around 1500 of which i will never pay for something i dint apply for.

I ask them to tell or show me where i have signed or my application form and they seem not to be interested on that because they are using this to get money from people.
