SABC jeopardizing my future

Hi <br> <br> I am trying to cancel my TV lic (***) I am not getting any response from the SABC office. I sent all the infomation they requested to start the cancelation process.<br> I am currently unemployed (retrenched) i sold all my personal possesions to use the money for studies so i could have a better chance of finding a job.<br> <br> The only communication i recieve is the oustanding reminder that i am willing to pay when my cancelation request is accepted.<br> <br> PLease can HELP ME !!! I REALLY CANT AFFORD TO BE BLACKLISTED. BEING BLACKLISTED WILL MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR ME TO FIND A JOB!!!<br> <br> THIS IS REALLY NOT FAIR.
