SABC *********** AND ****

I am not happy because the last time we had an arrangement and an agreement with SABC that I will pay the amount agreed upon and then they must cancel the dstv licence because I don't need it anymore. I did pay the amount but lately I'm receiving calls that I have to pay again for the sabc license, why am I supposed to pay for something that I requested for it to be cancelled , I just need an explanation
