SABC Incompetence

SABC incompetence is an understatement. This time, having sent proof of the online payment, I am advised by a Monica Pitso that the details of the particulars provided are insufficient!!!!

Then, I am advised to call the customer service centre who are actually incapable of providing any kind of support or assistance other than to "make a note" and then proceed to remind me that there is still an outstanding amount due.

Dear Sylvia Tladi, we're not all ******* here and most of us, pay our bills on time and in full! Your inability to maintain a professional standard when it comes to admin is not my problem! This payment was made before its due date!
