SABC hollow threats

Just received a notice in my mailbox addressed to "Dear Occupant" concerning unregistered TV licence for the address?? Are these people for real and thinking some miracle will happen and that by some devine intervention and in this day and age we will miraculously start paying for a TV licence? Threats of licence inspectors and fines is laughable and pathetic! It just ain't gonna work!
