SABC harrases me after several affidavids

I have not had a TV in my possession since the end of 2008. Between then and now, I've had to email through several documents. About 6 years ago I was told it was sorted out, but then the sms started coming through again last December. Since then I have probably sent through 4 affidavits and emails. The person I spoke to, EILEEN MAKGOBATLOU sent me another affidavit to fill in which I did and took the the police station. I sent it through and ask for proof of receipt this time. But no one is responding to my email. I am still getting messages and phone calls, and when I call to query SABS said they now want all the old documents I sent 6 years ago (Which I obviously no longer have on email) SABC also harassed my parents who pays their license every year. They had to keep on sending proof of payment. What is wrong with you guys? Is the a *******ion issue or *********** issue?
