SABC - harassing me for 9 years and not reading their emails

After I submitted a review a week or so I received another threat of overdue payment and a request to fill in their document yet again. Their constant harassment and threats are not necessary considering I have provided all the proof! Please could SABC read the emails I have sent with proof over the past 9 years and cancel my account,
