SABC - Handed over to debt collector without contact me

<p>Dear SABC</p> <p> </p> <p>Since when do companies hand you over to debt collectors without contacting their clients to find out why payment was not made as there may be a valid reason. I have since paid my TV license BUT I will NOT pay you any penalties or Debt Collection fees.</p> <p> </p> <p>Put your client at the centre (while you still have some), put client centricity at the centre.
