SABC get your act together

Despite explaining to the numerous collectors and to the accounts department nothing has changed. No contact since 2009. 15 years later and I am being harassed by yet another collector. Sabc charging for 2 TV sets in the household. They don't adjust the account with the necessary credit, just add both accounts together. All documents were sent.
