SABC fails again

I left the country in 2019, sold my TV, informed SABC and now they have handed me over for payment of 3 years outstanding fees. I called the collector. I was told I have to pay the 3 years outstanding fee to be eligible to receive a cancellation for again and then I have to send that to SABC again. This is crazy.
