SABC don't notify about reniewal in sufficient time

How is it that SABC notifies me about my tv licence and then the following day they sms me again to tell me it is in arears??? How come they don't notify you in sufficient time? They have been sending out a few smsse this month in which I was notified. I will pay with my next salary, hence plan for this money! When I tried to phone them, the lines were busy.

Pathetic SABC! If I get one more sms about penalties, I might decide to remove my TV and not pay at all!
