SABC dont allow you to change your address, or cancel, so that they benefit from your TV license fees

Both my husband and I are paying duplicate TV license even though we live in the same house, because they make it impossible to cancel. Even when I try to mail them to change our address, useless auto responses. Then I also try to change the address online to show that we are both paying for the same address, they intentionally make this feature not work because would prefer that we cannot prove we are paying duplicate fees for the same address. They rely on honest people wasting their money to avoid unwarranted litigation.
