SABC does not seal TV when asked to
I paid a penalty fee on a TV licence in 2012, then asked the SABC to come and seal the TV. That was 8 November 2013. By 7th February 2014 I asked again by registered letter. The TV was still not sealed. I got rid of it. Now I apparently owe them R 910 (says VVM). I would agree to R 257 plus 18 months interest since the TV set was that much longer in my possession.
